Our weekend away is taking place a little earlier than in previous years, being the first weekend in February 2026.

We have again booked the Chinese Overseas Christian Mission HQ as they have offered us very favourable terms for our group and provide all the practical facilities that we require to host a great event for us men.

This year, we can offer the weekend at the same price as last year, being £135 per person*, and this can be made as one payment now, or in 3 payments of £45 — one now to secure your booking, and the others by 16 January 2026.

(*Price is based on sharing a room. If you have a medical or physical condition requiring a room to yourself, the venue has a small number of single occupancy rooms available at an additional charge of £20.
NB. These rooms are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.)

Payment includes: accommodation for 2 nights, bedding, all catered meals, use of conference facilities, and free tea & coffee.

NB: Lunch and dinner will be a selection of Chinese food.
